If a specific lecture or exam is canceled, the department or lecturer will inform students. Students who are unable to come to campus due to travel problems can discuss the options with their lecturer. Employees who are unable to come to campus can also consult with their manager.
The UvA expects that classes will continue as much as possible on Wednesday, January 7, according to a spokesperson. If classes are canceled, students will be notified via Canvas or email.
The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) has announced that students who miss an exam due to public transport problems may be eligible for an extra resit. Attendance at classes is not compulsory at the FEB.
